Stressbusters is a student organization hosted by Alice! Health Promotion and Columbia Health that works to support members of the Columbia community by providing them with social support, tips for coping with stress and free back rubs at events held all over campus throughout the academic year. Trainings are held at the start of each semester for new members to learn about the physical and psychological causes of stress, strategies for coping with stress and how to give an awesome back rub from a Licensed Massage Therapist. Any Resident Adviser, student organization or staff office can then request Stressbusters to come to an event and provide stress relief services free of charge. What could be better than a team of positive, helpful people dedicated to busting your stress?
